Do you know what is how to make a Aerosol can?

As you can see the first step is 1.cutting,2.round forming,3.welding/coating,4.necking/flanging,5.bottom seanning,6.top seanning
And last assembling.

We have two full-automation machine to make it well and quality control by gas test.

I make a company website by my self

I confused one month when I start to join this company, I don't know how to do because we don't have official website,and free B2B member,customers don't know we are aerosol manufacturer,and we don't know who want to buy this kind products,no any resources.

Now,my own website was finished,it's really little tried to make it.Hope I have a bright tomorrow and goes well with my work.

I am not  very familiar with the products,but I will try and work hard and become professional.

Aerosol cans component parts

     Do you know how many parts of complete aerosol can?

Let Sugar tell you as follow:

See the picture I show,the left one we call Top Cap,and the right one we call Bottom cap.If  one complete aerosol can make ,the Top cap and Bottom Cap need to glue-injection in the circle to ensure that its can seamless with the Can Body.

Some time the Top Cap is different,we call Screw Cap,see sample as follow picture:

And the Can Body has many diameter size, the commom size is Diam.45,52,55,60,65,70,73mm, and the height is 90mm-300mm.
The thickness of the can body usually is 0.2mm-0.35mm,the thickness of top cap and bottom cap is 0.28mm-0.35mm.Cone Height is 4.5mm-17mm.

The printing you can choose any color you like, any worlds you want to printing,the design of the surface usually printing 4 different color,we call CMYK.

If  you want to printing more 4 color the price will be more higher.

It's popular to sell aerosol cans to other country ?

I started a new job now,this is my first time to know this kind products, but it since not popular to sell to other country, I had search on the internet,it's very few country import aerosol cans,but it's very popular in China, because many customers use Aerosol in car care products,such as car wax,car cleaner.Here are so many people buy a car, and they all want to protect well.

And other people use in home care,animal care,personal care,such as insect killer spray,perfume spray,hair mousse,air freshener,and other aerosol cans use in party.

It's widely used, why not popular in other country ? I don't know why.

My boss push me to find customers now,I am certainly want to get customers and they place big order to me,but we no official website, free B2B member,it's very hard for me to make it.

Everyone want to make money,of course I want to ! I hope I can reach my goal, I hope I have a bright future, I hope I can give more to my family, to my little baby,I hope...I hope everything will be well.

Now, I have to study hard,to know about our products,know more about aerosol cans,it also call spray cans,tin cans.I hope I was very profession when I work with my first customer,hope my first customer say that I was a reliable person and hope we have a long term business relationship.

I plan to make a official website by myself,but I don't know where to start,maybe I have to buy a domain,then design the website,and post our products.So many things I have to do.

Because our factory start to sell aerosol cans to the worldwide from this year,so the company only one person do this job,it's me.

I have a long way to go,I know I must to study more and study hard,maybe it's very tough,but I will never say give up.

Just because I like this job, I like English, I like to communicating with people in different countries.

I will insist to do it ! Fighting!!
